Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), any information that makes a real person identifiable or identifiable is considered personal data. Your personal data held by our company will be recorded, stored, preserved, and retained in our systems by our company as the Data Controller, in compliance with the information storage, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by relevant legal regulations and legal authorities, for the reasons, purposes, and methods described below.

We kindly ask you to take note of the following legal matters.

According to Article 11 of KVKK, your rights are as follows; by applying to our company in accordance with KVKK, you have the right to:

a) learn whether your personal data is processed,

b) request information if it has been processed,

c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

ç) know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/internationally,

d) request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed,

e) request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,

f) request notification of the operations made in accordance with (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

g) object to any adverse result arising from the analysis exclusively by automated systems,

h) demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Supplier Declaration

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, I have read, reviewed, and evaluated the information text above regarding the processing of my personal data by your Company, and I fully understand and accept all the matters mentioned above. I acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I freely consent to the processing of my personal data, which is defined and mentioned above in terms of content, collection location, and method, for the purposes and reasons specified in this “Information and Consent Form” and within the scope defined in KVKK.
