ARSK Sheet-Metal Kiosk

ARSK series Sheet Metal Kiosks are transformer and distribution centers manufactured from galvanized and electrostatic powder-coated sheet metal in the desired dimensions for all application areas. Usable in all climatic conditions, they meet the medium-voltage / low-voltage (MV/LV) distribution center needs of electricity distribution companies and special projects.

Technical Features The bases are in NPU or NPI shape depending on the load on the ground and are coated with hot-dip galvanization. The kiosk frame is manufactured from 2 mm galvanized sheet metal unless a different thickness is requested. The doors can be opened 120° outwards and have an IK20 impact protection rating.

Compartments MV Compartment: Metal-enclosed modular switchgears, Metal Clad cells and RMU-type cells can be used; dimensions are determined according to the equipment. Transformer Compartment: dry-type or oil-type transformers can be used; dimensions are determined according to transformer power. LV Panel Partition: MCC, AC and DC distribution panels, HVAC panel, fire control panel, UPS, SCADA-RTU panel and other LV panels can be installed.

Auxiliary Systems A battery–rectifier room houses Ni-Cd batteries and DC breakers and can be designed for Zone 2 hazardous-area classification (optional). All rooms have standard-compliant lighting, with optional ATEX-certified fixtures and emergency-exit luminaires. Electrical devices are connected to an isolated grounding bar, with separate grounding on door, floor, wall and roof. The floor covering is fireproof rubber (A1 rating, 50 kV insulation, optional). Fire and smoke detection and an HVAC system for constant internal temperature and humidity are optionally available.
