a) learning whether it has been processed or not,

b) request information if it has been processed,

c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) Knowing the third parties to whom the data was transferred, domestically/abroad,

d) Request correction if it is processed incompletely/incorrectly,

e) Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,

f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom the data was transferred,

g) object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis by exclusively automatic systems,

h) If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I have read, reviewed and evaluated the above information text regarding the processing of my personal data by your Company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and that I have accepted all the issues stated above by knowing, understanding and accepting them. I hereby accept, declare and undertake that I consent to the processing of my personal data, the content of which is defined in the KVKK and the place and method of collection of which are specified above, within the scope defined in the KVKK, for the purposes and reasons specified in this “Information and Consent” as a result of my free will.
